I first discovered qigong over 30 years ago while studying in China.

As an athlete and lifelong learner, I’ve always been drawn to movement practices that support both the body and the nervous system. Qigong resonated with me because it’s accessible, non-competitive, and non-performative - no flexibility, fitness level, or prior experience required. Qigong offers practical tools to regulate stress, restore energy, and build strength.

Over the years, qigong has supported me through high-pressure work in tech, helped restore posture and recover from a car accident, and become a steady practice for injury prevention and stress management.

My teaching style draws from the many teachers I’ve studied with, including Lee Holden, Daisy Lee, and Eli Cohen. I teach in a grounded, practical way helping people reconnect with their bodies, learn to move their own energy, and carry that ease into daily life.
